Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Contract
Only upon order confirmation and payment receipted, will there be a legally binding contract between Nusa and the customer. Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts.
Pricing, Payment and Shipping
The prices payable for ordered merchandise are as stated on the Site. Nusa offers free standard shipping for all orders, however Nusa is not responsible for any custom duties or taxes that may be levied upon the landing of the products into your country. Nusa offers Express Shipping where possible, this may not be available to all countries. Express Shipping option, if available, will be shown on the basket and checkout pages. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex and Paypal.
Offers & Promotions
All offers & promotions are limited to one use per customer. Offers & promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and promotions or on Sale merchandise.
