We are confident that you will love your Nusa, however in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, we will happily offer an exchange or refund on your order.
Please ensure that you return the goods within 14 days from the date of invoice. Over the Christmas period (all orders placed from 1st November to 24th December), we shall extend this period until 31st January.
All returned goods must be unworn, undamaged, in pristine condition, in its original packaging and must include a copy of the delivery note.
Nusa can only exchange the product for another item of the same value or process a full refund back onto your card. Nusa will only process the refund onto the same card that made the original purchase. Please allow 10 working days from the date of the receipt of the goods into our warehouse, for the monies to clear onto your account.
- Except in the case of faulty or incorrect goods, you will be required to cover postage costs
- The goods should be returned via registered post
- Nusa is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit
- Nusa is not responsible for import duties or taxes
All returns must be authorized by Nusa before the products can be sent to our warehouse. Please email us and specify:
- Your Name and Surname
- Order number, as per the delivery note
- Style number of the product you want to return, as per the delivery note
- For replacements, please specify the style number of the product you would like to receive. The style number is available on the product page on our website
- Reason for the return; faulty goods; incorrect shipment; incorrect size; change of mind
For hygiene reasons, earrings are excluded from our Returns Policy except in the case of damaged or incorrect product.
Any items bought on sale or in conjunction with a promotion are excluded from our Returns Policy.
